The Technology
Windy Lookout is an early wind alert system for recreational lake users. It monitors weather stations around lake perimeters, analyzes wind data in real-time, and sends SMS text messages and mobile push notifications when dangerous wind conditions are detected — giving people time to take safety precautions before high-speed winds arrive.
